The Orlando Magic have had so many great players in their franchise history, including two “Supermen,” which paved the way for the franchise to be a relevant team when fans look at NBA betting lines.

1. Shaquille O’Neal

Shaquille O’Neal was built with elite size, strength, footwork, soft touch, quickness, and athleticism, which allowed him to get up and down the court with ease and made him impossible to stop in the post.

“Superman” threw down some of the most powerful dunks in NBA history, literally breaking backboards in the process.

“Diesel” earned three All-NBA Team selections in Orlando and finished second in the MVP race in 1995, leading the Magic to the Finals that same year.

The Hall of Famer has the second-most blocks, third-most rebounds, and sixth-most points in franchise history.

2. Dwight Howard

An elite shot-blocker and rebounder, Dwight Howard was also one of the strongest finishers at the rim the game has ever seen, throwing down some powerful dunks in the process.

Nicknamed “Superman” after Shaq, Howard led the Magic to the Finals in 2009.

D12 earned six All-NBA Team selections, three Defensive Player of the Year awards, and finished second in the MVP race in 2011 while in Orlando.

Howard has the most points, rebounds, blocks, and fourth-most steals in franchise history.

3. Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway

Penny Hardaway possessed elite playmaking skills, athleticism, and the ability to score while slashing to the rim or posting up smaller guards, as he and Shaq were one of the best duos of all time.

The three-time All-NBA guard finished third in MVP voting in 1996, and has the third-most steals and fourth-most assists in franchise history.

4. Tracy McGrady

Equipped with great ball-handling skills and fluidity, Tracy McGrady was a dangerous pull-up shooter and finisher at the rim, making him one of the best scorers the NBA has ever seen.

T-Mac earned four All-NBA Team selections and finished fourth in the MVP race in 2002 and 2003 after leading the league in scoring both years while in Orlando.

The Hall of Famer has the fourth-most points in franchise history.

5. Nikola Vucevic

Nikola VučevićVucevic had great footwork and a soft touch around the rim and in the midrange, later extending his range behind the arc.

Vučević has the second-most rebounds and third-most points and blocks in franchise history.

6. Nick Anderson

Nick Anderson provided nice scoring and 3-point shooting for the Magic, fitting in nicely next to Shaq and Penny during some of the most successful years in Magic history.

Anderson has the most steals and second-most points and 3-pointers in franchise history.

7. Paolo Banchero

Paolo Banchero is currently in his second season in the league, but he already appears destined for superstardom.

Banchero is great at creating his own shot in the midrange, finishing inside, and finding his teammates for open looks, as he has plenty of time to make even more improvements in his game.
