TCU Horned All-Time Greatest Women’s Basketball Players
1. Hailey Van Lith
Van Lith transferred to TCU in 2024 after great runs with the Louisville Cardinals and LSU Tigers.
Van Lith helped the Horned Frogs win their first Big 12 regular-season title in school history while setting program records for total wins, Big 12 wins and home wins, averaging 17.9 points, 5.3 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game.
Her assists per game average is the second most in program history while her points per game average is the seventh most. She scored the second-most points (608) in a season in TCU history.
Van Lith is also the first Horned Frog to earn Big 12 Player of the Year honours.
2. Lauren Heard
Lauren Heard has the most points (2,006), second-most assists (521), third-most steals (269), and fifth-most rebounds (799) in program history.
Heard averaged a program best 21.2 points per game during the 2020-21 season.
She swiped the most steals in a game in TCU history with 11 back in 2021.
3. Sandora Irvin
Sandora Irvin has the most blocks (480), rebounds (1,370), third-most points (1,892), and seventh-most steals (224) in program history.
She has the most points scored in a single season in TCU history with 657, which happened during the 2004-05 season.
Irvin was a multiple time All-American, CUSA Player of the Year in 2005, and three-time CUSA Defensive Player of the Year.
Irvin was drafted No. 3 overall by the Phoenix Mercury in 2005, spending six years in the WNBA.
4. Zahna Medley
Zahna Medley has the most 3-pointers (316), second-most points (1,975), and third-most assists (510) in program history.
She was the first player in TCU history with three straight First Team All-Big 12 honors.
5. Adrianne Ross
Adrianne Ross has the most steals (339), fifth-most points (1,725), and seventh-most assists (387) in program history.
She was the 2006-07 MWC Player of the Year and played for the San Antonio Silver Stars in 2008.
