  • A’ja Wilson has +185 odds to win her fourth MVP award.
  • Caitlin Clark (+250) enters with the second-shortest MVP odds.
  • Napheesa Collier (+650) was the MVP runner-up last season.

A’ja Wilson (+185) took home the WNBA’s second unanimous MVP this past season.

Let’s look at the WNBA odds for the top MVP candidates at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

Prediction: Who Will Win the WNBA MVP in 2025?

Wilson is the current favourite to win the WNBA MVP in 2025 with basketball odds of +185, followed by:

  • Caitlin Clark (+250)
  • Breanna Stewart (+600)
  • Napheesa Collier (+650)
  • Sabrina Ionescu (+1900)

I predict Collier will win the 2025 WNBA MVP because I expect her to play with a big chip on her shoulder after coming up short of a championship.

2025 WNBA MVP Odds & Prediction

A’ja Wilson MVP Odds +185

Wilson is currently +185 to win the MVP award.

The three-time MVP averaged a WNBA record 26.9 points per game this past season.

Wilson also set single-season records with 1,021 total points and 451 total rebounds. She is the first player to lead the league in total points, rebounds, and blocks (98) in a season.

The Las Vegas Aces center scored at least 20 points in 34 of her 38 games, a WNBA single-season record.

Caitlin Clark MVP Odds +250

Clark is currently +250 to win the MVP award.

The reigning Rookie of the Year set records left and right, including dishing out the most assists (337) in a single WNBA season.

Clark posted the fifth-highest single-season assists average (8.4). Only Courtney Vandersloot has averaged more assists in a season.

Clark canned 122 3-pointers, six triples shy of the league’s single-season record.

Breanna Stewart MVP Odds +600

Stewart is currently +600 to win the MVP award.

The two-time MVP, normally a reliable sniper, shot under 30% from behind the arc last season.

However, Stewart still found other ways to be effective offensively, such as finishing at the rim and midrange at a high rate and getting to the free-throw line.

Stewart embraced quarterbacking the defence by switching at will, guarding the perimeter and drive, and protecting the rim.

Stewie’s all-around effort and leadership helped the New York Liberty win a championship.

Napheesa Collier MVP Odds +650

Collier is currently +650 to win the MVP award.

Collier presented a strong case this past season, helping the Minnesota Lynx reach the Finals after opening last season with long-shot odds of +5000.

Collier is arguably the most versatile player in the league, given her ability to hit the 3-pointer, wreak havoc in the post, create in the midrange, and score on the drive.

The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is also a strong 1-on-1, perimeter, and post defender.

Sabrina Ionescu MVP Odds +1900

Ionescu is currently +1900 to win the MVP award.

She has improved her ability to score in the midrange, on the drive, and her playmaking skills to complement her long balls from deep.

She’s also not afraid of the clutch moment, as evidenced by her game-winning bomb from the logo in Game 3 of the WNBA Finals.

Ionescu can definitely position herself for her first MVP if she provides more scoring on better efficiency next season.
