  • UFC 302 goes down inside the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on June 1.
  • Sean Strickland, Paulo Costa, Kevin Holland, and Jailton Almeida are the other top UFC stars who will see action on the card.

Reigning undisputed UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev will put his championship on the line for the third time since becoming the division’s king in October 2022. He will welcome the challenge of No. 4-ranked contender Dustin Poirier for the main event of UFC 302 on June 1.

Makhachev and Poirier will go head-to-head inside the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Because of his incredible 13-fight win streak, Makhachev is the considerable favourite to come away victorious. Meanwhile, Poirier looks to defy the MMA odds and finally realize his dream of becoming the 155-pound champion after coming up short in his first two attempts in 2019 and 2021.

Sean Strickland, Paulo Costa, Kevin Holland, and Jailton Almeida are other big names competing in the same event. The entire fight card is below.
