Former UFC light heavyweight champion and reigning UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones holds the record for the most title fight wins in UFC history with 15. He further cemented his place in the record books by beating Ciryl Gane in March at UFC 285.

Most of Jones’ title wins were from his reign in the 205-pound division, where he competed for a decade before eventually moving up to the heavyweight division recently.

Former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva is the longest-reigning champion in the history of the promotion with 2,457 as the 185-pound king from October 2006 to October 2012. “The Spider” had 10 title defences and defeated the likes of Chael Sonnen, Vitor Belfort, Rich Franklin, and Dan Henderson.

How Many Title Defences Has Khabib Had?

Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov had three title defences during his time as the best 155-pound fighter. He fended off the challenges from Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje, whom he all submitted.
