BetMGM also has odds for other CFL teams, including:
Futures bets focus on long-term outcomes, such as whether the Elks will win the Grey Cup or finish atop the West Division. Season-long player futures may also be available.
If you bet $25 on the Elks (+1200) to win the Grey Cup, the wager settles once Edmonton is eliminated or officially clinches the championship.
The point spread is based on the final scoring margin of an Elks game.
If you bet $10 on the Elks -3.5 (-110) against the Ottawa Redblacks, Edmonton must win the game by at least four points.
If you bet $10 on the Elks +3.5 (-110) against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Edmonton can win the game outright or lose by three points or fewer.
If the final scoring margin lands exactly on the listed spread, the bet is graded as a push, and the stake is refunded.
The moneyline wager simply asks whether the Elks will win the game.
If you bet $60 on the Elks -115 against the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Edmonton must win the game, including overtime if required.
The over/under total looks at how many combined points are scored by both teams.
If you bet $20 on over 46.5 (-110) in a game against the Calgary Stampeders, the teams must combine for at least 47 total points.
If you bet $25 on under 46.5 (-110), the game must finish with 46 or fewer combined points.
If the final point total matches the listed number exactly, the bet is ruled a push.
Parlays allow bettors to combine Elks bets with other CFL wagers on one ticket.
If you place a $10 three-leg parlay that includes the Elks moneyline (+140) vs. the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, BC Lions moneyline (-150 vs. the Calgary Stampeders), and over 45.5 (-110) in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers–Saskatchewan Roughriders matchup, all three selections must win for the parlay to cash.
If one leg results in a push, it is removed from the parlay, and the odds and payout are recalculated based on the remaining bets.
