  • Sam Snead and Tiger Woods share the record for the most wins in PGA Tour history with 82.
  • Jack Nicklaus is third on the all-time list with 73.
  • Ben Hogan and Arnold Palmer round out the top five.

Tiger Woods is nearing the end of his illustrious career.

Woods is still as beloved as ever, and remains one of the most popular players when it comes to golf betting, but the 49-year-old living legend is playing fewer with each passing season, and it seems likely that Woods will finish with 82 career wins and 15 major championships.

Find out where that ranks on the all-time list and see who has the most wins in golf history below:

Who Has the Most Wins in Golf History?

Sam Snead and Tiger Woods are tied for the most wins in PGA Tour history with 82.

Snead’s first win on the PGA Tour came at the 1936 West Virginia Closed Pro, and his last title came on April 4, 1965 at the Greater Greensboro Open.

What makes Snead’s 82 victories even more impressive is that he took a few years off to serve in World War II.

Woods’ first PGA Tour victory came at the 1996 Las Vegas Invitational.

Jack Nicklaus ranks third on the all-time list with 73 PGA Tour wins, just ahead of Ben Hogan (64) and Arnold Palmer (62).

How Many Wins Does Tiger Woods Have?

Tiger Woods has 82 career wins on the PGA Tour. That is tied with Sam Snead for the most all-time.

Of those 82 wins, 15 came at major championships, second to only Jack Nicklaus.

Woods was so dominant during his heyday that seeing him with even-money PGA odds to win a tournament at the sportsbook was not a rarity.
