There aren’t any Canadian golfers among the favourites in the golf betting markets at the BetMGM sportsbook, but Canada is represented by three golfers in the 2026 edition of The Masters.

The group includes the country’s only male major winner, as well as players ranked 44th and 67th in the latest world rankings.

Who Are the Canadian Golfers at The Masters?

Mike Weir

No longer a factor in PGA Tour betting, Mike Weir earns a place in each year’s Masters field since he won the tournament in 2003. Weir is currently competing on the PGA Tour Champions and hasn’t been involved in a non-Masters major since the 2019 U.S. Open.

Celebrating his 56th birthday next month, Weir hasn’t made the cut at the Masters since 2020. The left-hander finished tied for 14th at the Hoag Classic after tying for 50th at the Cologuard Classic.

Corey Conners

After tying for eighth last year, Corey Conners has four top 10 finishes in the last six editions of the Masters. Conners was joint 13th at this year’s PGA Championship, which he followed up by finishing tied for 14th at the Valspar Championship.

With a track record of success at Augusta National, Conners is a player to keep an eye on. His putting has been largely inconsistent over the last 12 months, which is a concern. Conners’ shots gained on approach are encouraging if he can once again excel on what are likely to be rapid Augusta greens.

Nick Taylor

After failing to make the cut at the Valspar Championship, Nick Taylor tied for 28th at the Texas Open. Strong play around the greens and good approach shots could give Taylor a blueprint for success, though his putting has been hit-and-miss in 2026.

A five-time winner on the PGA Tour, Taylor has only made the cut in six of his 18 major appearances. He did, however, make the cut at two of 2025’s four majors, including the Masters.
