1. Shea Weber

Weber’s thunderous shot and physical presence on the blue line set the tone for a generation of Predators hockey. As the teams’ captain for six seasons, he led by example, scoring 166 goals and adding 277 assists in Nashville.

Weber remains in the top five in games played, goals, assists, and points in Predators history. His leadership was instrumental in making Nashville a perennial playoff team, powering the franchise to its first Stanley Cup Finals appearance in 2016.

2. Pekka Rinne

Pekka Rinne’s acrobatic saves and consistency anchored the Predators net for over a decade. With a franchise-record 369 wins and a Vezina Trophy in 2018, the Finnish goaltender will be forever remembered in the Music City.

He was a massive part of the Predators Stanley Cup run and leads the team in games played by a goaltender (683), and goals against average (2.43).

3. David Legwand

As the first draft pick in franchise history (second overall in 1998), David Legwand holds the record for most games played (956) as a Predator.

He’s second in goals (210) and assists (356) and third in points (566) in franchise history.

4. Roman Josi

The current captain of the Predators, Roman Josi is the quintessential modern offensive defenceman. His speed, skill, and scoring ability from the blue line have made him a legend in Nashville.

Josi won the Norris Trophy in 2019 as the NHL’s top defenceman after scoring 65 points in 69 games. He’s now second in games played (886), third in goals (170), and first in assists (485) and points (655) in franchise history.

His place in Predators history has a few chapters left to be written, but Roman Josi is one of the finest defencemen to ever patrol Nashville’s blue line.

5. Filip Forsberg

Filip Forsberg’s scoring ability has made him the pinnacle of the Predators attack in recent seasons. He holds the record for most goals (267) in franchise history, and is well on his way to passing Josi’s record for points with 570 in just 675 career games played.

He’s second all-time in Predators points per game (.84), and tops the charts in game-winning goals (50) and goals per game (.40). Forsberg’s name will go down in the annals of Predators history.
