Patullo was promoted internally in February following the departure of previous OC Kellen Moore, who left to become the head coach of the New Orleans Saints.
This season will be Patullo’s fifth year on Nick Sirianni’s staff in Philadelphia.
The pair previously worked together in Indianapolis for three seasons, with Patullo serving as wide receivers coach and pass game specialist when Sirianni was the Colts OC.
Patullo, who was the Eagles pass game coordinator and associate head coach the last two seasons, will be the team’s primary offensive play-caller this season.
