After a 4-13 season, the Jacksonville Jaguars made significant organizational changes, parting ways with GM Trent Baalke and head coach Doug Pederson.
They also added a new offensive coordinator, who will try to get more out of Trevor Lawrence after the quarterback endured his worst campaign since his rookie season.
If this duo hits the ground running, the Jaguars could be in a much better position to overcome their 2025 NFL futures odds.
Who Is the Jacksonville Jaguars Offensive Coordinator?
The Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator is Grant Udinski.
The 29-year-old is the second-youngest offensive coordinator in the NFL behind Chicago’s Declan Doyle (28).
Udinski joined new head coach Liam Coen’s staff in February after spending the previous three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.
He occupied several roles under Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell, including assistant offensive coordinator, assistant quarterbacks coach, and assistant to the head coach.
Udinski will work in tandem with Coen, an offensive-minded head coach who will assume play-calling duties after working as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator in 2024.
