Being the head coach of the Buffalo Bills comes with high expectations in the Josh Allen era.
Buffalo has consistently been among the NFL betting favourites to win the Super Bowl, but hasn’t been able to get over the hump.
Who Coaches the Buffalo Bills?
Joe Brady is the head coach of the Bills.
Brady was hired as the Bills’ head coach on Jan. 27, 2026. Initially Buffalo’s quarterbacks coach, Brady served as the interim offensive coordinator in 2023 before taking on the job full-time in 2024.
Under his leadership, the Bills’ offence became more balanced between the pass and run. Brady has always prioritised sharing the offensive workload, resulting in a league-high 13 players registering receiving touchdowns in the 2024 regular season.
Since Brady was promoted to offensive coordinator, the Bills rank first in EPA per play on offence and second in points scored per game. Notably, Allen has spoken positively about Brady in the past, and the two reportedly have a good relationship.
