  • Ashton Jeanty (+250) is atop the odds after going No. 6 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders.
  • Cam Ward (+250) is tied with Jeanty after going No. 1 overall to the Tennessee Titans.
  • Travis Hunter (+550) is second in the odds after going No. 2 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars after they traded up with the Cleveland Browns.

The first running back and quarterback off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft are atop the football odds for 2025-26 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year at the BetMGM online sportsbook

Prediction: Who Will Win the 2025-26 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year?

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty and Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward are tied atop the  NFL futures odds to win the 2025-26 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year at +250, followed by:

  • Travis Hunter, Jacksonville Jaguars (+550)
  • Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers (+1300)
  • Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers (+1500)

I predict Jeanty (+250) will win the 2025-26 NFL OROY.

Going No. 6 overall, it’s apparent the Raiders loved him. Now, he lands with a team that, yes, traded and signed quarterback Geno Smith to an extension, but this team is devoid of running back talent after Jeanty.

Sure, they brought in Raheem Mostert, but he’s 33 years old.

He’s a candidate for 250-plus carries and will also be used in the passing game.

2025-26 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Predictions & Best Bets

Ashton Jeanty to Win NFL OROY +250

Jeanty is currently +250 to win the NFL OROY.

He enters the NFL after running for 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns in 2024 at Boise State, finishing second in the Heisman Trophy voting.

In 2023, he caught 43 passes for 569 yards and five touchdowns.

The Raiders desperately needed a running back, and now, they have arguably the best running back prospect since Saquon Barkley.

He’ll be tasked with 250 carries or more as a rookie.

Cameron Ward to Win NFL OROY +250

Ward is currently +250 to win the NFL OROY.

The Titans made numerous moves this offseason to bolster their offence in preparation for Ward.

They signed left tackle Dan Moore, guard Kevin Zeitler, and wide receivers Van Jefferson and Tyler Lockett.

In the 2025 NFL Draft, they added Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike.

Ayomanor is a tough receiver, and Dike is a speed threat.

Additionally, they signed Xavier Restrepo as an undrafted free agent. Ward had a connection with him at Miami last season as his go-to slot receiver.

Ward has the best arm strength and creativity the Titans have seen since the Steve McNair era.

Travis Hunter to Win NFL OROY +550

Hunter is currently +550 to win the NFL OROY.

Going No. 2 overall, it sounds like Hunter will be offence-first before getting involved on defence, too.

He’ll be the perfect complement to Brian Thomas Jr.

He’s a bit lean, so it’ll be interesting to see how he does against bigger corners, but I expect he’ll play a good amount in the slot.

The sky is the limit for a player like Hunter.

Tetairoa McMillan to Win NFL OROY +1300

McMillan is currently +1300 to win the NFL OROY.

He didn’t run the fastest 40-yard dash (4.48 in workouts, but didn’t run at the combine), but McMillan accelerates extremely well for a player of his size, which is north of 6 feet  4 inches tall.

This pick gives quarterback Bryce Young a true WR1. Xavier Legette will work the other side to take the top off the defence as Adam Thielen mans the slot.

McMillan should see plenty of targets, but we’ll have to see what Young can make of his new weapon.

Omarion Hampton to Win NFL OROY +1500

Hampton is currently +1500 to win the NFL OROY.

The Chargers are a team that emphasizes running the ball more than most, and now, they get a Joe Mixon-like back in Hampton.

He’s on a depth chart with Najee Harris, but let’s face it: Harris is far from the most efficient back.

I expect Hampton to get the bulk of the workload and be used in the passing game.

He could miss out on some touchdown production, though, as Harris could be more used inside the 10-yard line.
