VCU Rams All-Time Greatest Basketball Players
1. Eric Maynor
Maynor played for VCU from 2005 to 2009, averaging 15 points, 3.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
He was the CAA Player of the Year twice, and three-time first-team All-CAA and the school retired his No. 3.
Maynor scored 1,953 points over his career (most in program history), had 674 assists (most), and 168 steals (10th).
Maynor scored 760 points during the 2008-09 season, second in a single season in VCU history.
Maynor’s 224 assists during the 2006-07 season and 210 in the 2008-09 campaign. These hold the top two spots in a single season in VCU history.
2. Kendrick Warren
Warren suited up for VCU from 1990 to 1994, where he was the Sun Belt Freshman of the Year, three-time first-team All-Metro Conference, and first-team All-Sun Belt. The program retired his No. 23.
He scored 1,858 points (third), had 1,049 rebounds (second), and 193 blocks (fifth).
Across his career, he averaged 17.5 points, 9.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.8 blocks per game.
3. Briante Weber
Weber’s 374 steals are the most in program history and the fourth-most in NCAA history. He accumulated these over his career with VCU from 2011 to 2015.
He led the entirety of college basketball in steals in 2014.
He was also a three-time Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year, three-time All-Atlantic 10 Defensive Team, and part of the All-CAA Defensive Team.
4. Treveon Graham
Graham played for VCU from 2011 to 2015, averaging 13.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 0.8 steals per game.
He was two-time first-team All-Atlantic 10, second-team All-Atlantic 10, and was the Atlantic 10 tournament MVP.
Graham had 1,882 points over his career (second) and 803 rebounds (sixth).
5. Calvin Duncan
Duncan averaged 13.5 points, 3.6 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 0.9 steals per game over his four-year career from 1981 to 1985.
He was the Sun Belt co-Player of the Year, two-time first-team All-Sun Belt, and second-team All-Sun Belt.
Duncan had 434 assists (ninth) and 1,630 points (eighth).
