The Toronto Raptors have clinched a spot in the quarterfinals in the Emirates NBA Cup 2025 after emerging from East Group A.

Their positioning was helped by a stretch in which they won 13 of 14 games, including two huge wins against another Eastern Conference contender.

With that said, let’s take a look at the Raptors’ odds at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

Toronto Raptors NBA Cup Odds

The Raptors’ NBA Cup odds are +1200.

Their basketball odds are behind the Oklahoma City Thunder (-125), Los Angeles Lakers (+500), Orlando Magic (+700), and New York Knicks (+800), but are ahead of the Miami Heat (+1600), San Antonio Spurs (+1800), and Phoenix Suns (+6000).

Toronto Raptors NBA Cup Predictions

The Raptors will host the New York Knicks in the NBA Cup quarterfinals on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. ET.

Toronto dropped its first and only game to New York this season on Nov. 30, losing 116-94.

However, the Raptors took Jalen Brunson out of his game, holding him to 18 points on just 6-of-19 shooting.

Jamal Shead and Ja’Kobe Walter should almost exclusively draw Brunson on defence, as their size and physicality could make it difficult for Brunson to attack the rim or get clean looks off.

The Raptors’ mediocre interior defence may have trouble with Karl-Anthony Towns once again, as Towns’ gravity forces Toronto’s bigs onto the perimeter, which creates easy looks inside and out.

It’s worth noting that RJ Barrett missed this last matchup, and it’s unknown if he’ll be back in the lineup for Toronto’s Tuesday matchup against New York.

If Barrett is back in the lineup, though, his return should help the Raptors score more points in transition and open the floor for Scottie Barnes and Brandon Ingram to operate.

Considering all of this, I’m predicting that the Raptors will emerge victorious on their home floor in this matchup.
