Does Alaska Have Any College Football Teams?

No. Alaska doesn’t have any college football teams. 

Does Alaska Have Any D1 Sports?

No. While Alaska does have some college sports, such as men’s and women’s basketball and men’s ice hockey, these programs are Division II. 

Does Alaska Have Colleges?

Yes. Two universities in Alaska offer Division II sports: the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the University of Alaska Anchorage. 

Is Alaska the Only State Without a College Football Team?

Yes. Outside of Alaska, the only other state with almost no college football team is Vermont.

Vermont has three Division III football programs.
